At Bounce Hydration, your wellness journey begins with understanding. Before your first IV therapy service, we complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) to ensure your care is safe, personalized, and medically appropriate — every time.

Wellness Made Clear
In accordance with Jennifer’s Law, a Texas state requirement, all clients must complete a Good Faith Exam annually with a licensed medical provider before receiving IV therapy services.
- New clients: A Good Faith Exam is required upon your first visit.
- Returning clients: The exam is renewed annually on your client anniversary, or anytime there is a change in your medical history.
Our good faith exam has a $25 fee, which is returned to you as an account credit to use toward a future visit.
What to Expect During Your Good Faith Exam
Convenience
Your Good Faith Exam can be completed at your convenience, either from the comfort of your home or at the time of your appointment.
Personalized Review
Once your medical history form is complete, our licensed medical provider will review your health history, symptoms, and current medications. This allows us to ensure that every IV therapy service is customized with your safety and results in mind.
What Happens Next
After your personalized review, your chart is carefully reviewed and approved before being shared with our registered nursing team. After this, you can begin your Bounce Hydration experience with confidence. From there, our team of highly trained Registered Nurses will take a personalized approach to help you determine the best service to meet your wellness goals.
